Required Documents:
- Operator’s License Application completed in its entirety. (place link)
- $20 License Fee. (Swipe fees applied with credit or debit)
- Proof of completion of the “Responsible Beverage Server” course accredited by the State and taken within the last 2 years (Before issuance of the regular license). Instead of the course, the applicant may provide proof that they have held an operator’s license in another municipality in the State of Wisconsin within the last two years or have been an agent at a licensed establishment within the last two years. Application Process:
- Upon receipt of application, the Clerk shall review the application as well as research the qualifications of the applicant in accordance with the requirements of Wis. Stats. 125.04.
- An operator’s license requires Town Board approval. The Town Board meets the second Tuesday of the month.
Expiration Date:
All operator’s licenses expire June 30th and are valid for up to two consecutive license years depending on when the application is filed within the year. May 1st is the change of the license year.
State‐issued operators' permits, which are valid in any Wisconsin municipality, are issued through the Wisconsin Department of Revenue - Division of Alcohol Beverages online application system (https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/AlcoholBeverage/home.aspx).
