The Town of Scott contracts many of its public services including yard waste, snowplowing, refuse collection and road construction/maintenance.

Snow Plowing

Town of Scott contracted with DeBroux Custom Work until 2028.

Yard Waste

The Town of Scott maintains a Yard Waste Site located at the end of Bertrand Lane, just west of County Highway T (CTH T). The site is available for use by Town of Scott residents only.

The Town contracts with Finnel Landscape to process yard waste materials and provide an on-site attendant to verify residency.

Hours of Operation (April 2, 2025-November 19, 2025): 

Wednesday 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Accepted materials include:

Grass clippings

Brush

Leaves

Garden waste

Not accepted:

Stumps

Large debris

Additionally, wood chips and compost are available for pickup at the site when supplies allow.

Recycling and Garbage

Recycling and garbage collection in the Town of Scott is contracted through GFL.

Road Construction:
