Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinances/Resolution

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Scott, enacted the following ordinances and resolution at the January 13, 2026 Monthly Town Board Meeting.

General Ordinance 01-26An ordinance creating Wellhead Protection within the Town of Scott to protect the Town’s Groundwater aquifer and Municipal Water Supply.

General Ordinance 02-26 An  ordinance establishing split shifts for Election Officials for the Town of Scott.

General Ordinance 03-26: The Responsible Unit Recycling Ordinance for the Town of Scott amending Chapter 282 regarding solid waste.

Resolution 2026-01-26A Resolution to direct staff to include on all town-issued property tax bills the following statement (or similar): “Of the Amount levied by the GBAPS, XXXX is for the purpose of private school vouchers. (Per Town of Scott).
