Call to order/roll call
Meeting
called to order by Chairman Bill Roskams at 6:00 p.m. at the Scott Town Hall.
Present: Jeff Zlatohlavek, Bill Roskams, Dale Herold, John Paul, Lori
Walschinski, Mike VanLanen, and Town Planner, Dave Cerny.
Also in attendance were Tom DePas and Terry Valitchka.
Anita Zipperer and Bob Fuhr were excused.

Public Input

Review/discuss proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance
D.
Cerny reviewed material regarding the State’s Statutes and the County’s
ordinance relating to Condominium development.
Discussion regarding these
regulations.
D. Cerny reviewed the
recommended Condominium Ordinance language for the Town of Scott.
Discussion regarding Green
Bay’s Sex offender ordinance.
At the April 24th
meeting the Plan Commission will discuss a Sex Offender Ordinance for the Town.

p.m.
